UPMC Bedford Provided $4.6 Million in Community Benefits Last Year, Part of UPMC’s Nearly $900 Million Total
EVERETT, Pa., Aug. 30, 2016 - UPMC Bedford Memorial provided $4.6 million in IRS-defined “community benefits” last year, an average of nearly $13,000 a day for programs and services to improve the health and quality of life of all the communities UPMC Bedford Memorial serves.
